The Financial Coach Training program has been designed with your members in mind. We focus our time and energy on helping your team understand the members’ relationship to money, uncovering WHY they may be making the decisions they are, and how best to change behavior. When done properly, relationships are built on trust, members stay forever, and your team will show up with purpose every day.

I had great interactions with Adam and our group during the ICUF Financial Coaching program. Although we were unable to meet in person (thanks Covid-19), Adam used available technology to ensure the curriculum was as interactive as a F2F meeting. Adam showed a sincere interest in all participants and was able to quickly find solutions to any questions or issues they had with the training. He quickly turned questions to the group and sought opinions for their individual expertise. This allowed participants to realize there is more than one way to do something and to hear others’ experiences to add to our arsenal. Adam showed enthusiasm and was highly effective while coaching and delivering content. One of the most impactful things I learned during training was to be open to hearing people’s stories and digging for the root cause. When you do this you are able to understand and offer empathy alongside financial guidance. I am currently using the techniques learning during the course and am already seeing the positive results for our members.
