A financial coach knows how to ask the right questions, at the right time to delve deeper into your member’s financial situation. And by doing so, two things happen:

  1. Your member sees the credit union as more than just a vendor and instead as a trusted advisor for ALL of their finances. 
  2. Through opening the conversation about improving the member’s relationship to money, you can recommend products the credit union offers without it being salesy. It very naturally happens because it’s in the member’s best interests.
